MOBILE MAP 64 Perimeter Intrusion Graphic Map Display System
Mitronica’s MMR64 PIDS Mobile Map Display provides immediate perimeter alarm annunciation and location mapping for perimeter intrusion detection systems (PIDS), improving response time for roving security patrols. The platform operates FCC license-free with low latency and does not require cellular service, enabling dependable real-time communications without recurring service fees or licensing overhead. Designed for prisons, correctional and holding facilities, and industrial environments requiring high-security perimeter monitoring.
Typical system orders include the base transmitter and input card, antenna and cabling. Most customers order 3 mobile map receiver displays, along with antennas and cabling. Site graphics are customized for each site and can display up to 64 alarm points. Mobile map displays are reverse engraved into 1/4″ cast acrylic ensuring long life and abuse resistance. Displays are backlit for nighttime use.
MMR64 Perimeter Intrusion Graphic Map System
The MMR64 is a remote graphic alarm display system designed specifically for connection to existing perimeter intrusion detection systems (PIDS).
The MMR64 system consists of a 64 point head-end processor/transmitter and one or more remote graphic displays. The mobile map displays the perimeter anomaly to the security team immediately so they can reduce their response time by knowing where along the perimeter the problem was detected.
Each Mobile Map 64 system provides the user up to 64 dry contact input points for connection to the PIDS. Each remote graphic display is custom designed and created to match the specific layout of your site. Communications from the headend to the remote displays is via 915MHZ FHSS data radios using a license-free ISM band. Utilizing the frequency hopping/spread spectrum protocol greatly increases communication security between devices by changing “channels” at agreed upon specific intervals.
